I do not believe the term, "Indian Giver," is politically correct. One reason being...most people in this ethnic group, would appreciate being called, "Native Americans." They are a very proud people and wish to be respected when it comes to their heritage. Indians, is a word, they prefer not to be used.

Using the term, "Indian Giver," matters because there is a history which denotes this term as being used inaccurately when it came to the Native Americans. Many give little recognition for this.
