Happily married and mother to two fine sons, Cherise pursues her passion for cooking and gardening while running a bed & breakfast in rural Washington state. She also consults with her husband, David, on his home design projects.
In her spare (ha, ha, more like carved out) time, Cherise acts and directs local Shakespeare productions, and occasionally other thespian efforts. Writing factors in to these activities as she edits the plays to shorter length and rewrites some of the dialogue to make it easier to understand.
Cherise enjoys movies, books, going out to eat, and outstanding worship. Her favorite author is George MacDonald, though she reads a wide variety of other authors as well.
