The Monster in my Bed
My eyes met with those of a monster
With the most violating stare,
Whose lips with seal my calamity
Through charming words of honest vulgarity
He took the skeletons from my closet,
And raped them as a threat
Then turned to me with blood on his lips,
Thirsting for a drop of innocence
Now, to his will, I am devoted
Not by love's force,
But of lustful incantation
And a promising insinuation
He drained all the sweetness
From my sour blood,
Then tainted my nakedness
With his perfect smile
