I am a 32 year old, stay-at-home mom! I have 2 children who are less than a year apart and my 3rd is 3 months old. My husband and I have been married 10 1/2 years!
I came across Helium and thought that writing is something I would like to try out. It would allow me to have more time at home with my children. With luck, it will prove to be productive.

You've made the decision to homeschool - now what? The first thing you may worry about is what exactlyto teach. That's an easy answer. I went onto my local state's website NCDNPE.org which is for North Carolina. That site offers suggestions from elementary to high school subjects. They even have the requirements posted for admission to NC State. I have also went on my local school district's website and they have a list of the curriculum they use.
