Just the average Joe with a few ideas I've thought to put on to paper. I'm currently working on a modeling/acting career as well as playing football for the Phoenix Raiders. Football has allowed that I have partaken in community services such as appearances and donations at blood drives, visiting elementary schools to speak to children, and working kids camps. Fitness is a key point to my life, but there is a balance to it along with responsibilty and education, which is the message I pass along to anyone.
My style of writing I can't call instructional, but rather suggestive. I don't write things as gospel, I just add a guideline or new wrinkle for the readers to consider, make their own lessons or awakenings, and have been given a view from outside the box as I impose my opinion in a very straightforward literature.

Bruce Lee is synonymous with martial Arts, and he's an icon. Personally, I think the Little Dragon would have not competed at all, or for very long if he were to have stepped into a cage. The fighters in cages are fighting out of the physical aspects of martial arts, more of an aggressive mind set. Bruce took the time to sharpen the mental tools, the psychology and spiritualism behind the arts he studied and then when he went on to create his own style.
