Where do I start? My passion is music. I sing and play any instrument I can get my hands on. I'm a psych major (another passion of mine). I have always wanted to write. There is something about it. It is a proven fact, the death penalty is an effective deterrent to crime. The problem, however, is in how it's administered. One of the main laws of discipline comes into play, time. The punishment is only useful if administered swiftly. Leaving an inmate on death row for 20 years does not convey their penalty effectively. By that time they will have accepted their fate, and may even be looking forward to it. Another problem is that you can only administer it once.
