Where do I start? My passion is music. I sing and play any instrument I can get my hands on. I'm a psych major (another passion of mine). I have always wanted to write. There is something about it. It just appeals to me. I'm sure I have the creativity to write, and hopefully joining this website will clue me in on whether or not I have the talent.

Insomnia is broken up into three main types, transient, intermittent, and chronic. Transient insomnia would cover your insomnia caused by say, jetlag, or shiftwork sleep disorder.
