Living foods are raw plant-based foods that have not been processed or heated above 115 degrees Fahrenheit. These foods can help to keep you young and healthy, because they contain all the necessary living enzymes and amino acids that your body needs in order to be healthy. By making them a part of your daily diet, and avoiding other processed foods you can avoid just about all common ailments and age related diseases.
You may not like the taste of living foods, especially leafy greens, but I got good news for you. If you slowly start to incorporate them into your diet, your taste buds will come back to life, and you will begin to enjoy them.
If you find yourself not being able to fill up on raw foods, it is because your stomach has created a coating along your intestinal walls that keep your body from absorbing all the goodies in fruits and vegetables. But once again, if you incorporate more raw foods into your diet, this coating will eventually be removed and you will be able to absorb the nutrients, and thus you will be able to fill up on them.
