Born in Honolulu, Hawa'ii to an Irishman and a New Zealand Maori. Father was in the Navy and when Viet Nam was done, he moved us all over the U.S.
We settled in Minnesota (5 different cities) and then they moved again my senior year. I stayed and graduated and then moved to Omaha to go to art school and it's where my parents lived.
I am now living in South-Central Minnesota with my wife and two daughters. I have worked in the broadcasting industry both as an announcer and a copywriter. i have a book of poetry coming out in 2009 called "Reflect Shuns in a Broken Mirror" being published by PublishAmerica.

The infamous "are we there yet?", "how long till we get there?", "I'm bored". This is the dread of every parent when it comes to taking long trips. My own 2 girls, ages 8 and 12 have a hard time making it an hour in the car leave alone a long vacation in the car. So the wife and I have had to become creative when it comes to our road trips.
