Recipe - Great Appetizers: Sprout-Bedded Turkey Rolls

I was running late with a dinner once and guests were about to arrive. So, after rummaging around in the fridge, I came up with an appetizer that I call:

SPROUT-BEDDED TURKEY ROLLS
*Packaged deli Turkey slices with a uniform (or as close as possible) oval shape.
*Hard cheese like Colby-Jack or Cheddar, cut into cube sticks.
*Alfalfa Sprouts
*Thick Ranch salad dressing. (Sour cream mixed in well can make this thicker.)
*Cashews or sliced and toasted almonds.
