I'm proud to be an American, I'm proud to be an Israel. I'm proud to be Greek and I'm proud to be Turkish. There's a lot of pride in this world.
Me, the writer of this article, I'm from Sweden, and do I feel the need to tell the world I'm proud? The answer is no.
Why? Because I have nothing on my conscious that drives me to claim I am proud. Understand me right now. I'm not proud to be Swedish, I'm glad and grateful of the benefits my country has given me.
