: About Me

My husband and I have been married for 19yrs and we have a 18yo son, and 2 dogs of our own a Puggle,Frankie, and a Husky mix, Spooner. We also have my sons friend, who we lovingly call our "Rent-a-Kid", living with us along with his dog a Border Collie, named Princess.

When I was able to I worked as an EMT/Instructor for approx. 15 years, worked in nursing homes as a social assistant, & ran a school health office. I also have been a volunteer for Boy/Cub Scouts, Special & Para Olympics, PTA, American Heart Association, and an Academic Team Coach. I love to help where I can and I am an avid reader and will read anything I can get my hands on. I now no longer work due to medical reasons but I love visiting social sites on my mac, traveling, writing, and doing medical research. ,

I have always had more male friends than female, partially due to my job in EMS`. These are nothing more than friendships and we do not wish to take it to another level, we are very comfortable as friends. We talk about everything including personal subjects like sex, so I get a lot of insight to the thoughts of men and they get the same about women. We don't always take each others advice, but we respect the opinions we share even when we don't agree. Our spouses at first were suspicious but now appreciate the friendship, especially when it comes to us giving advice on gifts..lol With in ...
