Lynda Lippin is a true renaissance woman. A former Philosophy and Women's Studies Professor, Lynda now makes her living as a freelance writer, book reviewer, blogger, and as the resident Pilates teacher at the exclusive luxurious Como Shambhala Spa at Parrot Cay Resort.
Lynda has been teaching Pilates for close to 20 years and is considered to be one of the top Pilates and fitness experts in the world. She is also a Usui Reiki (energy healing) master. In her free time Lynda enjoys hanging out with her husband, reading, knitting and crochet, watching movies, playing with her dog Smiley, and surfing the web.
Lynda and her husband left the US in 2005 (just after the last election) to live as ex-patriots in the beautiful caribbean Turks and Caicos Islands. After 3 years out of the country they have little desire to return, preferring to travel the rest of the world and discover different countries and cultures.
