Aspiring Writer on the Web: Hello, and thanks for checking me out! Though I have never published before writing for Helium, I have enjoyed creative writing since I was a child. In fact, those who know me well, often refer to me as a storyteller. I have interests in a varitable plethora of subjects such as Theology, Psychology, World History and Romance.

Currently, I live in Arvada, Colorado with my teenaged daughter (also an aspiring writer) and my super ornery cat. On the average day you will find me either typing away with ideas or with my nerdy nose buried in a book, or three.

The scariest and most haunted places in this world aren't usually the stereotypical dark and deserted mansions or castles we see in the movies. About ten years ago, I rented a large two bedroom condo from an extremely religious woman. I remember when she showed my young daughter and me the place, she was singing Christian hymns, quite beautifully I might add. The modern second story apartment seemed bright and cheery at the time.
