When we choose an internet service provider, we assume, and rightfully so, that we can use whatever homepage that we want to. We pay the ISP for internet access and expect a certain amount of privacy. I'm not sure about laws governing ISP's, but it is my opinion that NO ISP has a right to put code in your dialer that will take over your browser and route you to a home page that they want you to use instead of the home page that you have chosen.

Phreego and Phreego Express has put code in their dialer and their express module that takes over your browser and routes you to THEIR homepage....
