About me - David Furritus

About me

...has been described as a strongly opinionated, a passionate writer, and a borderline sociopath.

Some of this might be true, but until professionals have checked in, he can best described as 40ish, married, and a lover of anything that makes people think a little more often (even if they're unwilling).

Growing up with strongly liberal parents on the West Coast, spending a few years in the highly conservative Midwest, and spending his formative years on the highly mixed East Coast has given him a nice perspective on the opinions of most Americans: They're all wrong because they can't even come close to understanding the perspectives of others. This is why he goes out of his way to get people to look beyond what's in front of them and see the deeper truths (such as they are).

He'd love to change the world, but failing that, he'd be happy with making one or two more people re-think their views and maybe, just maybe improve their world around them.

Read and enjoy.

For thousands of years ferrets have been kept as pets by everyone from ancient Egyptians, Romans, and even British Monarchs.
