Stacie Moyle is a veteran teacher and an accomplished equestrian. She has taught both primary and middle grades in the public schools in California. Currently, she owns and operates a dressage training center. Her students include upper level dressage riders, recreational riders, and competitive endurance riders.
Stacie is a U.S. Dressage Federation Bronze and Silver Medalist. In 2006, her own horse Philipe who she rode and trained was IALHA Reserve Champion Horse of the Year at Second Level and in that same year was IALHA Champion Horse of the Year at the same level in the Musical Freestyle. With her own self-trained horses she has also won championship and top five titles at the state and regional level in both open and breed restricted classes. Currently Stacie competes two horses at the FEI level.
When not riding horses, Stacie enjoys biking and hiking. Gardening and green living are another passion she shares with her family keeping up a suburban homestead that organically grows numerous varieties of fruits, vegetables and herbs along with raising chickens. Stacie has been a featured speaker on the "If Your Horse Could Talk," Internet Radio show. She has published articles in local equestrian publications as well as online. Most of her expertise and wit is shared on her own "Piaffe Dreams" web blog. Recently, she launched a new blog, "Sustainable in Suburbia."
