I'm Katerina Nikolas and live in mainland Greece. I have been writing on Helium since January 2010. I have a BA honours in English literature and amongst other things worked in finance for twelve years which means I am able to give sound advice in my finance articles. I am also the manager of the credit and debt channel in personal finance.
I enjoy exposing the the myriad of diets which are part of a multi million dollar business which has its hook into those wanting to lose weight, and hope that readers can appreciate the truth rather than the hype.
The creative writing I do is based on local goings on in small time rural Greece. Indeed I live in a time warp, and long may it remain so.
My interests include the Holocaust, history, biographical writings from previously inacessible countries and serial killers. I am an avid reader.
I am collating a list of my articles which have been reprinted in full without my permission by other publications: my work is in the following publications.
