Former aerospace engineer and software developer that started a real estate investing company then quickly lost thousands on 2 deals making rookie mistakes. Decided to focus on niche markets in real estate that did not require me to hold properties, deal with tenants, or repair anything. Changed to working short sales and loan modifications.

Since these are offered nationwide, decided to join an internet marketing home business to learn as much as possible about attraction marketing, driving people to my business web site. Was so successful at both the real estate business and internet marketing business, became an M2 Master Consultant and started coaching other entrepreneurs on personal branding, social media marketing, and other aspects of internet marketing to promote whatever business they are currently running.

I get great satisfaction witnessing the positive results from my coaching. I started a free online course and added a blog to it so that all my ideas can be shared. I am using Helium as another source to get some of my tips and ideas out to people who need it.

Reading internet marketing books on personal branding and attraction marketing, watching Food Network shows with my wife and superhero cartoons with my sons, listening to audio books on leadership, motivation, etc.

Maintenance man for a condominium complex at 16 years old (got those gutters looking sparkly!)

My best moment ...

Helping my wife deliver both of our sons, then holding them while catching the eye of my beautiful wife.

My inspiration ...

Every new entrepreneur I help that has a heartbreaking story but manage to break through to success, even if I just helped in a small way.
