As I full time mother, I wear many hats. Artist, teacher, student, animal lover, writer, chef, I try to do as much as possible. I am an avid reader, and my favorite authors are Patricia Cornwell, James Patterson and John Sandford. I am happiest when I am allowed to be creative. I am addicted to reality television and my laptop. Two thing always with me are my cellphone and a cup of hot decaf.

Living with Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia My hands are sweating. My whole body is shaking. I am dizzy, short of breath and nauseous. My chest hurts, feels like a heart attack. Is it? I don't know.
