I've been interested in writing and drawing since I was a child, and used my overactive imagination to get me through school. Although I have no formal training, it is my desire to be able to make a living at doing what I love, that is writing.
What I tend to write about are things that I know well or can make up, which is how I got into writing a fantasy series. I never thought I would, but it has become almost like a child to me as it's grown into something I feel is amazing. I plan on trying my hand at short stories soon and possibly horror fiction. Writing for Helium is helping me hone my skills and giving me a chance to write something different.

Items every winter driver should have with them. Driving during the winter months can prove to be hazardous if you live in a cold climate. The weather is sometime unpredictable, the roadways can be treacherous and you must always be aware of other drivers, more so than in warmer months.
