: About Me

Presently I am working as a Century Sales Officer of Century Properties Inc., a real estate developer, property manager and marketer of high-end and high-rise condominium projects in the Philippines. My work deals practically with the promotion and marketing of the condominium projects and this activity entails a lot of verbal and written English communications. I have developed a marketing business letters and promotional articles which are sent to several clients using emails, blogs and forums. This experience has developed further my writing skills.

Furthermore in my previous works I occupied several engineering management positions in various multi-national companies here in the Philippines spanning a period of over more than 20 years. Aside from my management function I used to write technical reports, feasibility studies, business plans, office memorandum, business letters etc. which I believe has enhanced my writing ability.

For my educational background, I graduated with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1972. While working in a company I took up a post graduate study and completed the academic requirement of the Masters in Business Administration in 1981 in one of the business schools here in the Philippines. Hence, I background has strengthened my writing capability.
