I have used the product, Biofreeze for about 2 years. I was introduced to this product when I was under the care of a chiropractor for decompression of my lumbar spine. I have not used the spray. I opted to use the spreadable gel instead. The product comes as a spray, roll-on or gel. They come in various sizes, from a small 4 oz. to large containers that would be used in a clinical situation.
