I am a 53 year old Caucasian male. I was born on a little cotton field outside of Corpus Christi Texas. I joined the military when I was sixteen, served my boot-camp in San Antonio Texas. After boot-camp I was sent to tech school, in Wichita Falls Texas, after that I was then sent overseas to Vietnam where I served two consecutive tours of duty. While in the military I earned an associates degree in mechanical engineering. I have taught automotive technology in Dallas Texas for six years, until I had a heart attack three years ago which forced me to retire. I have since taken up Astronomy as a hobby, and find it most pleasurable. I have written an astronomy book, which is still in the process of being published by Springer publishing of New York.
