Anthony Brown (Tony) journey as a writer started as a hopeless romantic lover. This passion to write grew within him to form a quest for salvation. His first publish book is titled “Wind…Be Faithful To Me” and can be found on his publisher website www.Border.com under his author’s name Anthony (Shepherd) Brown. His genre of writing is mostly poetry as well as inspirational & theology. Tony loves to write. He also appreciates music. He admires dancing, parties, family & fellowship such as Salsa and Jazz concerts. He is a great cook with a love for food, the arts such as theater & plays. He watches society to notice any one anywhere whom freely expressing themselves without becoming judgmental or bias.
His occupation is a Working Chef by trade. He participates in local Coffee Shops in Orlando, FL doing poetry for Spoken Word on open-mic night. He lives in Orlando with his wife Rommy. They reflect an image of lifetime newlyweds, down to Earth, ghetto-folks Christians. He received a Bachelor Degree in Business Communication with a Minor in Philosophy from University of Central Florida in Orlando. He grew up in Norwalk, Connecticut and graduated from high school in Stamford, CT. He writes mostly about his life and the relationship which he encounters.
He considers writing within the same level of light as meditation and full mental-body work out. He uses writing for a method of self therapy. He words are no different than any common man’s words. He is just gifted with the ability to express them. If Tony was able to talk to the world on a microphone, he would appear as average as a Harvest Moon on a cold, dark, starry night. He writing focuses on his own life, however, he loves people. He is in love with his life and embraces the spirituality of the relationships within his environment. His goal is to prosper proper fruit in his personal garden of knowledge in due season throughout the years. He loves to learn. He reaches out to touch humanity. He screams out through words bleeding on a piece of paper, or Window screen; he simply loves to write
There is a black abyss within everyone. This space appears as a deep hollow emotion. It is there for a reason. It needs to be filled. There is no mistake in life that a person has to carry this burden individually as a means for survival. It is part of nature’s process, somewhat like the discipline part of pain when exercising.
