: About Me

I am a fun loving fifty-something, happily married to the love of my life. We are living full time in our fifth wheel, and are always traveling and searching for the next adventure.

I live, and love to help others. If you mention a project, I will be right there in the big middle of it with you, sharing ideas, work and fun.

Writing has always been a passion, so even though we were provided material to teach Sunday School Classes, I would always revamp the lessons to suit my teaching style. I adore teaching ten and eleven year olds. Watching their eyes light up with understanding is beyond description.

Children's Ministry is our first love, and will eventually be the focus of all of our travels. Being an encouragement to Children's Ministry Workers is our calling, and it is the desire of our heart to be a blessing to others, and to inspire others in the belief there is no higher calling than training children to become productive, God fearing adults.

Our four grandchildren are the light of our life, so even when we are traveling, we must make our way home ever so often for our grandkids fix. Is there anything better than having their arms wrapped around you? For me, nothing can compare.

grief. . .gut wrenching, heart stopping grief. . .would not wish it on anyone.

we may be poor, but we will be clean.

to be in charge. . .I've pretty much succeeded. . .ha ha

spending family vacations at the creek, sleeping in the woods.

it's easier to write than to speak.

I read anything, and everything, but nothing specific at the moment.

flipping burgers at Burger Chef.

My best moment ...

becoming a grandmother. . .I love it!

My inspiration ...

my mother, who was paralyzed on one side, made me believe I could be anything, or do anything. . .she was right!

Our Mission Statement: Off to the Next Adventure Since we decided five years ago to become fulltime RV'ers, we have never looked back.
