We happen to think skating - in all forms is good for people of most ages. It is the one form of exercise that you can burn calories while standing still on skates - balance takes energy and skating is endorsed by the Presidents Council on Fitness as well as the American Heart Association as a cardio and all over toning form of exercise. We work on skating to schools, organizations and groups as a healthy activity along with offering health and lifestyle benefits to those that skate, and educating the general public about the benefits of skating.
