About me - Asha Oshun'Mali

About me

What can I say about myself? I am just regular folks. I write because I enjoy the feel of my fingers flying across my computer keys. I also write, because it gives my ancestors-those whose blood still runs like streams through my veins-a chance to speak. More importantly, I write to appease the thoughts that race through my mind like unstoppable race cars.

I am a mother, an activist for social change, a lover of life, an animal advocate, and a citizen of the world. And while I am deeply and passionately in love with myself, I really don't feel the need to say a whole lot about me...unless it can help highlight a point that might change someone elses life for the better. And that's about it.
