I enjoy writing. Not only as a release, but to also share inner most thoughts, theories and philosophies. I have the profound notion to feel that if I have knowledge or insight about something that might help someone, then I've helped make the world a better place.

My time is spent researching and writing a fitness blog and accomplishing my goal of being in the best shape of my life at age 40. I possess an undying love for camping and the outdoors that must be sated in order to keep my sanity and I enjoy writing about my adventures. Writing about relationship psychology is also on the list of favorites.

Buddhism and meditation has helped me conquer a few immense obstacles recently, among those, smoking.

There's always a lot of "buzz words" flying around the media, the corporate world and every day life. I always try not to subscribe to the "well, times are tough....", "gotta spend money to make money" or the "just a few bad apples" buzz from a few years ago.
