Rachael worked as a veterinary technician for 15 years, managed Rep. Dennis Kucinich's 2008 Presidential campaign for Minnesota, and currently works in an inner city hospital and attends the University of MN getting her Masters in Nursing degree. She has frequently written for local women's magazines, political papers, animal rights quarterlies and blogs.

Hardly a newcomer to the democratic political scene, Dennis J. Kucinich was the youngest mayor of a major city, Cleveland, Ohio, at thirty one years old.
