I'm new to the Helium site and not sure if I will stay active or not. I am not a professional writer, but an "average joe" that enjoys a good debate, expressing my thoughts, and learning more each day that I can.
I am still not certain that this is for me, but I find writing to be therapeutic. It's my way of releasing myself in a seemingly "safe manner".
If I receive a little feed back and people can relate to my writing, I will become a better writer. If I can "truly" make a little extra money, at some point, I will put even more effort towards it.
Bottom line = "This is an experiment for me".
I would appreciate any advise or comments, as I am not sure I understand the whole rating process yet. Thanks in advance if you decide to "help a guy out."
