Due to advances in Technology and ease of access, Carolyn became a Non-Traditional as well as online student while working full-time and raising five children. She completed an Associate of Applied Science, Human Service and Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, Summa cum laude. Now that the nest is almost empty, it's time to pursue writing and enjoy being a Grandma too.
Currently she works full time as a Customer Records Coordinator for an automotive supplier, managing all customer records, including electronic, throughout all of the stages of each vehicle program. She loves technology and solving problems. There's plenty of it on a daily basis.
She has always loved reading and writing, yet only in recent years, began considering writing a book. Nothing ever materialized, even when she took an adult education publishing class. The seed was planted, though, and one night, while desperate to find an article regarding a pressing issue, she was led to Helium.
It was perfect timing! It's when we are not looking that the best things in life appear. Helium has everything a novice, experienced or professional needs, 24/7. For some, it can be even be the preapration they need for writing that book!

Connecting requires both parties to share their experience, listen and give feedback. You know you are connecting with someone when you can tell by their eye contact that they get it! Connecting in the Family Connecting with family members can sometimes be the hardest. It is easy to take loved ones for granted until nobody feels loved anymore. Connecting is about showing you care.
