I have my B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance from Arizona State University in Phoenix and my M.A. in Theatre Studies from The University of Arizona in Tucson. Also did a year of graduate work at Brooklyn College where I studied dramaturgy, theatre management and theatre history.
My expertise is in theatre. I have been a performer, director, playwright and dramaturg for most of my life, though now I am honing my writing skills through Helium. I'm hoping to go for my PhD by next year.
I started a nonprofit theatre company some years back and studied nonprofit management at AZ State University's Nonprofit Institute, so just lately I've written a few articles on nonprofits. Also write about animals, getting work and Chekhov - areas I know about.
I discovered Helium as a possible way to earn extra money during these difficult economic times and have found it takes a tremendous amount of work to get to the level of quality and proliferation to really see the monetary return. Therefore I am working as hard as possible and finding the challenge and strategy necessary to making progress on Helium great fun!
I am starting my own blog which is called The Reinvention Project and writing for Helium is now a part of my reinvention.

This could be the author's life story, which might include the story of the author's family, or the life story of someone else as told to the author. Many of us who are writing memoirs based on family history do not have personal memories of the events that took place in the past. We are basing much of what we write on family lore, or the stories we've heard through the years. The stories passed down in families can be like the proverbial fish story, growing throughout time and embellished with a touch of ima...
