Background:
I have a degree in technical Theatre and I have worked in the entertainment industry since 1981. I have been a stagehand, a technical director, a lighting designer, Operations Director, Playwright, poet, actor and director. Currently I am responsible for the Operations departments of the Pensacola Civic Center and Pensacola Saenger Theatre.
Community:
I started my own Shakespearean troop in 2000 with a production of my translation of Cyrano De Bergerac. I have written and produced 4 original plays and 5 Shakespearean plays thus far. I have written more than a hundred poems and have been published in the emerald coast review.
Hobbies
Naval architecture, Open sea navigation, sailing, kayaking and raising rotwiellers and spotted saddle and quarter horses.

In the summer of 1984 I was 23. I had found a sailboat in the local paper. It was a 27 foot Newport made 1974. When I went to see what the boat looked like I was impressed with the diesel engine, new paint job, size of the cockpit and the cabin. Man what a cabin for a twenty-seven footer. The combination of a raised flush decked sloop and turned bilges really gave the boat an interior volume that is beyond what one would expect from its length over all alone.
