I was born in Israel of French and Tunisian parents. Have lived in Italy for a short time, then in France before moving to the States at age 13. My writing "career," as it were, began very early in childhood, and I specifically remember writing a long ode to Hercules when I was 12 years old, at a time when we were studying Green mythology in Paris. Sadly, that poem is lost, but I continued to write before abandoning the whole enterprise in my 20s. As a single mother, I had to use my resources to earn a decent living, which did not include creating writing. Now, I'm finding myself once again in the realm of creatively expressing myself, both as a professional artist (watercolors and acrylics) as well as various writing forums on the web. Would be interesting to see if the income will follow.
