I am a working mother. I have the best of both worlds... a fulfilling career and a sweet little boy to welcome me home with hugs and kisses at the end of a long work day. The decision to become a working mother was not easy. My husband and I were both on active duty in the military when I got pregnant, and neither of us wanted to leave the Navy. We agreed that one of us needed to be home full-time for our son's first year, but initially could not agree on which of us would take on the challenge.
