: About Me

In September last year, I reached the age of 60, and I got married on the same day, in Edinburgh.

Reflecting on attaining that age, I was prompted to rethink how I spend my time, and I decided to become a writer.

I am a part-time housekeeper, my hobby is making greetings cards, and the rest of my time is now filled with writing.

I am British and have lived in Spain for 17 years with my partner, now husband, along with our two cats.

Learning to play the keyboard, to help keep my fingers nimble, and to accompany my husband on his guitar.

I have become overweight in recent years, and after two weeks of wedding celebrations plus Christmas excess, I am now trying to lose some weight and get fit for the coming years.

Here We Go Again They have all arrived - I call them 'The Usual Suspects'.  Every time Belinda remarries, they turn up to give the groom the once over, and to sympathize with his plight.  Her previous husbands have not had a good track record in wedded bliss, or longevity, for that matter.  This one will be number five.  The previous four had varying degrees of luck in the marriage stakes - one of them even managed to get out alive!
