I am an Australian/ American living in South Carolina, with my husband and daughter.

I am a grandmother of three, mother of four.

I always wanted to write, but never found the time. I like to write about the things around me, and how I feel about them, so I write poetry.

I like roses, cats, books, and music. I used to paint but now have such low vision I can't do that well.

I have had some poems published by Poetry.com and have more that I would like to publish in a small book of poems.

Summer Time Sizzling days and balmy nights, Darkened shades, and lowered lights Black-eyed Susans' smiling face, Pink Petunias, Queen Anne's Lace. Panting dogs,watch June bugs flying Mothers hot, and children crying. Vacation time, but best of all, Just one more month, and then it'sFall!
