My name's Joel Meeks, and I've been writing for the past six or seven years, although it's been mostly recreational. I love to write, but I tend to do it in bursts, as opposed to planned texts written over a period of time. I'm attending college right now with a major in English, and I'll be transferring to a university after another year. My ultimate goal is to eventually become an English teacher with a focus on literature and composition. This site, seems like an obvious and important step in reaching that goal.
