: About Me

My name is Mike Heath. I am a happily married father of twin girls. We live in central Arkansas and I am 41 and my wife is 37. We have seen just about all there is it seems so hopefully you will trust our information.

I am a teacher and coach at a local junior and senior high. I coach basketball and cross country currently and have coached baseball and track in the past. 13 years in basketball, 6 years in cross country, and 2 years in baseball and track.

I teach physical education and health education and have done so for 13 years and love it.

I also teach a special needs physical education class and I think it is the BOMB. I love it and the kids.

My wife works for the government at the Office of Child Support Enforcement. It is a good job and she is good at what she does. She loves our family and is a great mother to our twins.

I have found the following to be a guide to how I strive to live a Christian life.  It is not easy and I am far from perfect but I have found the following to be guidelines that has filled my life with a little more comfort, a little more happiness and a little more peaceful understanding.
