Corinne Gregory is the President and Founder of The PoliteChild, creator of SocialSmarts, based in the greater Seattle, WA area.
The SocialSmarts series of classes, created by The PoliteChild, is the leading educational program dedicated to developing excellent social skills in children of all ages from toddlers to teens that builds solid foundations for good social skills in public and private schools through licensed curricula and managed classes. Our goal is to help educators and families develop young people that can be socially comfortable and adept at handling themselves in a majority of situations.
This unique and integrated program was born from Corinne's belief that our children indeed our society would benefit strongly from knowing and using the rules of and reasons for proper behavior. Corinne, like many others certainly, felt that something had to change in order to stem the erosion of decency and civility in our world. Corinne developed SocialSmarts in the hopes of making a difference in the lives of all children and families by giving them the tools to help them truly succeed in life the gift of good social skills.
Corinne is an author, frequent speaker, advisor, and spokesperson on business and family-development topics, and her media appearances include The Today Show, CNN, Time Magazine, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Parents Magazine, and more. Besides her previously published technology and business-focused books, she is working on several books related to the SocialSmarts program, parenting, and education reform.
