I am a graduate of the North Carolina Central University School of Library and Information Science and Purdue's School of Industrial Engineering. I'm aiming for a second career as an academic librarian.

As a mother of six, I enjoy working in my church nursery, especially with the newborns. I also enjoy action movies, sewing, and reading mass quantities of books. My writing specialties include education, wedding attire, sewing, knitting, and humor.

In creating a personal reading list, I have an easy method for ensuring a balanced diet for my literary appetite. I borrowed this simple formula, with some modifications, from an old wedding rhyme.
