First thing is you know the result that you want by doing the exercise? To become more healthy? Build your muscle? Build up your stamina? When you identified the result that you want, you need to start focusing on it. Focus at the end of the result so that whatever happens, you will never give up because you have set your goals. Secondly, do it consistently. Which means, you need to create a daily plan for your exercise. This is to create an "habit" in yourself so that you will never get bored of it. See, once the habit is created, you are on your way to achieve the result that you wanted....
