Sex Education is American schools, or at least the ones I've attended, is not too great. I'd say one of the top reasons for the lack of quality is the gender seperation of school teachers. When you look at elementary education (K-6), you'll find that the vast majority of teathers are women. While this works great for girls in school, it leaves something to be desired for the boys (no pun intended).
