Connecticut's economy is struggling, unemployment is rising, health care costs continue to skyrocket, and more state residents are going without health care coverage. The Governor's vetoes of SustiNet and the Partnership bills are more bad news for Connecticut's 326,000 uninsured and for all of us who pay the bills.
