I am certified as a Rehabilitation Counselor in the United States. I am also a Behavior Analyst and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have a private practice in Eagle Mountain, Utah and in Los Alamos, New Mexico. I specialize in working with people with disabilities. I have a Bachelors degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Rehabiliation Counseling from Utah Sate University. I studied hypnosis in Santa Fe, New Mexico with Tim Simmerman and Gil Boyne, experts in the field of hypnotherapy. I am certified as a Hypnotherapist by the American Council of Hypnotists Examiners and the National Guild of Hypnotists.

I write to add to the body of knowledge in my field of Rehabilitation, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Behavior Analysis.
Why is it that when you don't know an answer or can't make the decision about what you need to do, and someone asks, "Well, if you did know, what would it be?" that you can come up with an answer more easily? We often reflect on what decisions we made in the past in assessing our lives, but we miss the fact that much of what we do is determined on a subconscious level outside our normal awareness, driving our decisions.
