: About Me

I am a coach. This simple statement encompasses my passion for helping others accomplish their goals. There is little in life that compares to teaching and motivating someone as they work toward a goal they initially thought impossible. I have been a collegiate strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. I hold a CSCS certification from the NSCA, and I wake up each day excited about the opportunity to learn something new in this field. I have worked with people as young as 8 and as experienced as 80. I have enabled athletes to win scholarships, guided mothers and grandmothers to lose body fat and build muscle, prepared weekend warriors to compete at a higher level, and trained young men preparing for military service that subsequently won the overall physical fitness award in basic training. Each of these varied experiences has added valuable insight to my knowledge base, and working with these individuals has continually affirmed my desire and affection for the positive impact exercise and strength training can have in a person's life.
