: About Me

I have always enjoyed and believed in expressing my opinion. Writing was an outlet that I found most effective. I enjoy a good, passionate debate. I found this out as I entered college and was encouraged to do so. My English teacher during my first two semesters in college gave me the praise and encouragement I needed to switch my major from Computer Information Systems to English. This was a surprising change, as computers were my passion up to that point. I never thought of myself as opinionated, volunteering my views to anyone willing to listen. People will often listen when you have something useful to say.

As writing does not pay the bills, I have put it aside in favor of starting and operating a business full time. I operate a technical support company and have found decent success with it. I withdrew from college a couple years into it with the urge and desire to accomplish something meaningful. I will someday return to complete my degree. At the time, I did not find it necessary to have a college degree to write or run a business. Those are the two things I enjoy more than anything and that allow me to continually improve myself. I have begun to write once again, and hopefully, will continue to do so as time allows.
