: About Me

Hi. I am a retired computer programmer/analyst and software developer, I was born about the same time as the first commercial computer in 1942. (You do the math.)

My only writing has been in the form of user instructions and program documentation. But my occupation lead me to examine in detail a variety of job activities. I used to say that a systems analyst was a professional learner.

Over the years I have also examined a variety of other activities including woodworking, gardening, solar and wind energy, physics, astronomy, astrology, stock trading, humor and even sewing and baking... just to name a few.

Since I am not dead yet, I decided to examine and try out writing. And Helium seems like about the best place to start.

My Cat is Fat Just skin and bones when she found us, she was on her own and in distress. She ate her fill and learned to play. Her looks improved with every day.
