Before we answer the question, why don't we look at where WWE was just a few years ago? It was at it's peak during the attitude era, and it was steadily rising during the golden era. During the years of 1999 and 2001, WWE was achieving ratings of 7.0 + weekly. Now, that is something that is completely out of reach.
