Kelly Nelsen is the CEO of Keyne Insight, Inc. (www.keyneinsight.com), the creator of KeyneLink, an online strategy execution management system that helps organizations clarify and achieve corporate initiatives.
Kelly Nelsen received her undergraduate degree in English from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio. She holds a master's degree in psychology from Antioch University and is completing her dissertation for a doctoral degree in organizational psychology from Walden University. Her expertise includes strategy execution management research and design, executive coaching, organizational, team, and individual assessment interpretation, and women in leadership. Over time, yes. I've decided to take the unpopular side of this debate in order to give it its due. Encouraging no, mandating workplace diversity has gone a long way towards ensuring equality amongst all employees. Look at how far we've come over the past fifty years.
